Dressed in white, the students assemble to take part in the event that encourages them to turn to healthier habits for a more focused and stress-free academic life. Directed by a yoga instructor, the campus’ students perform some asanas intrinsic to relaxing the body and the mind.The event is facilitated every academic year and is often graced by the atmosphere of motivation and encouragement to the students for the need of a well-structured academic and personal lifestyle.
